  • Late payments may incur delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials created by Snapwise remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Once payment is complete, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

  • Snapwise reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information. Any non-public information shared with Snapwise will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Snapwise strives to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as revenue growth or customer acquisition.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snapwise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.

  • Clients remain responsible for payment of all completed work and any expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
